Are you ready for some Sports Ball??? Catch the big game at WhichCraft Tap Room. Enjoy more than 30 delicious craft beers as the Patriots take on the Falcons this Sunday, in the ultimate AFC v. NFC showdown. We will have rotating draft beer specials during the game that will be announced at the beginning of each quarter. There’s no bad seat in the house, with three big screen TVs lining the wall and the play-by-play booming from our surround sound speakers. 12-2pm – All the way from Italy, BirradAmare will be joining us for a free tasting of their ‘na Biretta Rossa Dunkel Bock, Roma Ambrata Marze and ‘na Biretta Bifuel Fruit Beer.

3-5pm – Martin House Brewing is making the trip down from Fort Worth  to guide a free tasting of their Hibiscus Saison, Cellarman’s Reserve IPA, Bockslider and Imperial Texan Double Red IPA.

6-8pm – The wonderful Megan from Freetail Brewing in San Antonio will be behind the bar to pour free samples of Texicali Brown, Original Amber and Rye Wit.

Tuesday, February 7th

5-7pm – Stop by WhichCraft Beer Store and get fancy sloppy as we turn Goose Island Sofie Farmhouse Ale into Sofie-Mosas. Free tasters of Goose Island IPA and Pre-Season lager as well.

Wednesday, February 8th

Give your hump day a pick-me-up with a free Save the World tasting. Come by for samples of Cherry Bonus Pastor and Lux Mundi Patersbier.

Thursday, February 9th

The wonderful and talented Justin from Great Divide Brewing Company will be behind the tasting bar to serve free samples of Chocolate Oak Aged Yeti, Orabelle, Hercules and Colette.

Real Ale Coffisar – A brief stint in a blend of Rye Whiskey barrels and American oak brings elements of vanilla and wood to round out the hop bitterness found in Commissar. A colossal addition of cold brewed coffee infuses a substantial coffee flavor, providing a smooth balance to the roast malt profile of the base beer. 9.8% ABV / Blanco, TX / Availability: Limited

Founder’s Frootwood – They took a crisp, light-bodied cherry ale and hid it away in oak barrels that have held both bourbon and maple syrup. After a lengthy stint, it emerged a changed beer, blanketed in notes of warm vanilla and earthy sweetness. The wood proves itself the star of this beer, adding depth and taming the tart cherry while the maple imposes a velvety texture that lingers for not a moment too long. 8% ABV / Grand Rapids, MI / Ratebeer 95 / Availability: Decent / SoLa Only

Wicked Weed Dark Age – this black as night ale is aged in Four Roses Bourbon Barrels for 6 months. The Bourbon Character of the barrels comes through nicely and pairs exquisitely with the rich dark malt flavors of coffee and chocolate.
