Oddwoods Saison – Dry, tart, and funky farmhouse ale. Fermented in red wine barrels with a melange of yeast and bacteria. 6.4% ABV / Austin, TX / Beeradvocate 90 / Availability: Very Limited

The Bruery OR XATA – Horchata is a traditional, sweet, milky drink originating in Spain and Latin America that has become quite popular in Southern California, particularly with Mexican cuisine. This take on the traditionally non-alcoholic drink is a blonde ale brewed with a heavy dosing of rice, cinnamon and fresh vanilla beans along with lactose for a little extra creamy character. If you didn’t know better, you’d think it was carbonated horchata. The flavor is hard to describe, but for those who know it, you know you love it. 7.2% ABV / Placentia, CA / Ratebeer 90 / Availability: Very Limited / Limit 1 per person

The Bruery Poterie – Loosely based on an English-style old ale and fermented with The Bruery’s house yeast strain. This edition was 100% aged in oak barrels that previously held Scotch, imparting a subtle smoky complexity to complement the robust flavors of toffee, caramel, dark fruit, vanilla and oak. Poterie will age gracefully for decades when cellared properly. 14.8% ABV / Placentia, CA / Availability: Very Limited / Limit 1 per person

The Bruery Terreux Tart of Darkness – Tart of Darkness is a traditional stout that was aged in used oak barrels from The Bruery that had previously housed beers such as Cuivre™ or Black Tuesday. They were then then brought them over to Bruery Terreux and infected with a special blend of souring bacterias and wild yeasts. The result is a perfectly tart yet awesomely dark and roasty, sour stout. This unique beer has notes of tart plums, roasted coffee, vanilla and oak. 7.2% ABV / Anaheim, CA / Ratebeer 98 / Availability: Limited

The Bruery Terreux Humulus Terreux (Motueka Hops)- Each batch of Humulus Terreux will use a different hop varietal and one of the several strains of Brettanomyces yeasts that have been incubating in The Bruery Terreux’s laboratory to create a one of a kind, wildly traditional bière. The flavor possibilities are endless when combining possible hop notes of citrus, pine, flowers or grass with the barnyard funk, earth and tropics that can come from a 100% Brettanomyces fermentation. While each beer will showcase a different, distinct character, the overall result will always be dry, funky and delightfully hoppy. 6.3% ABV / Anaheim, CA / Ratebeer 91 / Availability: Limited

Austin Eastciders Pineapple – An exotic blend of heirloom, bittersweet and culinary apples with a taste of the tropics. Golden, ripe and delicious pineapples have been married into original dry cider to give you a refreshing pineapple experience. 5% ABV / Austin, TX / Availability: Decent

Anderson Valley Summer Solstice – Summer Solstice Seasonal Ale is not just your average summer seasonal. This unique copper colored ale is smooth, malty, and lightly sweet, with a delicate hint of spice for that oh-so-drinkable, extra velvety flavor. 5% ABV / Boonville, CA / Availability: Decent

Ska Mexican Logger – The perfect Mexican lager. Light and refreshing, it really hits the spot after a long day of brutal chainsaw work. Brewed with the finest malt, Saaz hops, yeast, water, and love. 5.2% ABV / Durango, CA / Beeradvocate (Bros) 88 / Availability: Decent

Green Flash Styrian Golding IPA – This Single Hopped Pale Ale is built on an English malt base of Golden Promise, 2-Row malted barley, and Caramalt to allow the hop qualities to shine through. The zesty bitter orange peel qualities of Styrian Golding hops are balanced by the English malt base, offering a slightly spicy, assertive, herbal, and dry finish. 5% ABV / San Diego, CA / Availability: Decent

Buffalo Bayou Summer’s Wit – Buffalo Bayou took a classic Belgian Witbier yeast and fed it hibiscus flowers, ginger coriander, and orange peel. The old monks may be turning in their graves. 6% ABV / Houston, TX / Availability: Decent

Breckenridge Summer Bright – the perfect ale for summertime quaffing, nothing more. The craftsman’s touch combines white wheat, two row pale and munich malt with the pacific northwest’s most intriguing hops to create a bright, clean ale. 4.5% ABV / Denver, CO / Availability: Decent

*Ballast Point Thai Chili Wahoo – Thai Chili Wahoo is a favorite for its complex balance of ingredients. Citrus and spice have long been a part of our trademark Wahoo White. In this edition, you’ll find a dose of Thai Chilis, even more heat from ginger, and a counterpunch of lime. The flavors in this beer need to be experienced first-hand. 4.5% ABV / San Diego, CA / Beeradvocate 84 / Availability: Very Limited / *Arriving Friday

*Clown Shoes Blue Grass Billionaire – English Style Barleywine Ale – Aged In Bourbon Barrels. The third installation of Billionaire features Bourbon instead of Congac. The luxurious English Barleywine malt profile remains unchanged. 12% ABV / Ipswich, MA / Availability: Decent. / *Arriving Friday.
