WhichCraft Mueller is hiring! We are putting the finishing touches on WhichCraft’s second location in the Mueller area and are currently accepting applications for full and part time positions. Qualified applicants should have a knowledge and passion for craft beer, a desire to learn more about this industry and a GREAT attitude. Sales, bar tending and barista experience is a serious plus. Shannon DIPA – Shannon Double IPA (DIPA) is a bigger version of their English-style IPA and is a showcase for some very tasty and aromatic hops. Along with having double the hop load of our year-round IPA, Shannon DIPA has a much higher OG, giving it a little more luck than its English-style cousin. This DIPA gets two dry-hop sessions to give it a superior hop aroma, while maintaining balance and approachability. 8.2% ABV / Shannon, TX / Availability: Good

Mahr’s Saphir Weiss – Extra Hoppy Amber Weiss.
