A maltier more complex version of a hefeweizen. It’s like if banana bread, bread pudding & a bowl of caramel hung out and got REAL snug. We used Wheat, Pilsner, Munich, Special B, Crystal & Chocolate malt to bring on the BIG dessert bomb flavors.
