Get ready for one of the tastiest, roastiest weeks in all of craft beer. That’s right y’all — STOUT WEEK. From January 18th to the 25th WhichCraft will be your go-to spot for all things dark n tasty. We’re kicking things off with a Lakewood Salted Caramel Temptress pint night Saturday, January 18th, and will be releasing a special — secret — case of stout bottles from our cellar each day of the week (while supplies last). St. Arnold Double Art Car IPA – For Double Art Car IPA, St. Arnold wanted to take the best components and amplify them. They increased the malt bill to bring up the alcohol by a little more than 1.0%. They also added a Citra dry hop at the start of fermentation to bring out an additional burst of bright citrus aroma and flavor – still with a clean finish. 8.3% ABV / Houston, TX /Availability: Good (Friday)

Robinsons Trooper Sun and Steel– Sun and Steel is a 4.8% double-fermented pilsner infused with authentic Japanese saké yeast from the award-winning Okunomatsu saké brewery in Japan. The result; a crisp and refreshing pilsner-style lager with a flash of honey and fruit. 4.8% ABV / Stockport, Greater Manchester England /Availability: Good (Friday)

Armadillo Quakertown – Quakertown Stout is a slamming concoction of dark roasted malts, oats, and the most robust maple syrup they could get their hands on. Armadillo brews it to commemorate the original Quakertown community (1875-1922) and the enriching music festivals and community events that are held in Quakertown Park today. 9.5% ABV / Denton, TX / Availability: Good (Friday)

Armadillo Scrappy Boy – Golden Ale. Beer That Tastes Like Beer! 4.2% ABV / Denton, TX / Availability: Good (Friday)

Clown Shoes Space Cake #10 – Triple IPA. Ingredients: Columbus, Centennial, Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic, Idaho 7, El Dorado, Bitter Gold, Azacca, and Amarillo hops. 10% ABV / Boston, MA / Availability: Good (Friday)

Clown Shoes A Fistful of Unidragon – Sweet bourbon barrel-aged stout that packs quite a punch! Notes of chocolate and caramel surface behind a decidedly bourbon backbone. It even has a bit of the burn you would expect from taking a shot. Take it easy on this one! It’s delicious but it’ll knock you on your bottom! 12.5% ABV / Boston, MA / Availability: Good (Friday)

Destihl Moonjumper – Fasten your space helmet because this stout will quickly have you orbiting the moon. Notes of roasted and chocolate malts round out our milk stout’s sweet side, creating a well-balanced beer with a smooth mouthfeel and creamy tan head. One sip of this medium-bodied stout will have you jumping over the moon for another. Cheers! 6.1% ABV / Normal, IL / Availability: Good (Friday)

Bell’s Bright Belgian Wit – An alternative to dark and heavy winter warmers and stouts, Bright White (formerly Winter White) is a stylish and refreshing Wheat Ale. Fermented with Belgian ale yeast, this blend of barley and wheat malts yields a mixture of clove and fruity aromas, all without the use of any spices. 5% ABV / Kalamazoo, MI

Ballast Point 2018 Victory at Sea – Imperial Porter with Coffee & Vanilla: a bold, smooth brew with just the right amount of sweetness. This robust porter is infused with whole vanilla beans and San Diego’s own Café Calabria coffee beans. The subtle roasted notes and minimal acidity of the cold brewed coffee, balances perfectly with the sweet caramel undertones of the malt, creating a winning combination for your palate. 10% ABV / San Diego, CA

Deschutes Tangelo Cardamon Sour -An indulgent infusion of complex yet complimentary flavors, this American sour ale swirls through notes of tangy citrus and warm cardamom spice on a light current of oolong tea. 4.3% ABV / Portland, OR

Independence Strawberry Raspberry Red Bud – A strawberry and raspberry version of Indy’s popular Red Bud Berliner Weisse. 4.9% ABV / Austin, TX

8th Wonder Weisstheimer –Traditional German Hefeweizen.

Zilker East Side Beer (ESB)–  A Texan take on an English classic. This ale greets you with a crisp bitterness, but then quickly brings forth its malt complexity. Rich and toasty malts dominate and set this beer apart from its caramel driven English counterparts. Balance is always key, as this beer has excellent quaffability and plenty of flavors to stimulate your taste buds indefinitely. 5.9% ABV / Austin, TX / Availability: Decent

Goose Island Bourbon County Brand Mon Cheri Stout (2019) –  “Mon Chéri” means “my darling” in French and this recipe is a love letter from Goose Island’s Brewer, Quinn, to his wife who loves cherries. Mon Chéri Stout is made with Balenton and Montmorency cherries, brewed with oats and a dash of brown sugar creating aromas of amaretto and almond. With one sip you’ll instantly get flavors of cherry cobbler, vanilla, and chocolate, followed by a silky, velvety finish.  13.5% ABV / Chicago, IL / Availability: Limited (Friday)

Goose Island Bourbon County Brand Café de Olla Stout (2019) – Café de Olla is inspired by the traditional Mexican beverage of the same name. Goose Island added coffee beans and cold coffee to the Original Bourbon County Stout and then enhanced this beer further through additions of cassia bark, orange peel, and panela sugar. The resulting beer is layered in complexity. Coffee and orange permeate the nose and are followed by notes of cinnamon, chocolate, and a pleasant sweetness.   13.5% ABV / Chicago, IL / Availability: Limited (Friday)
