Real Ale Mysterium Verum Benedictum – Real Ale’s fourth wild ale is our first with a fruit component. Benedictum was inspired by the brown ales of Flanders. The primary fermentation was accomplished by their house ale yeast. The beer was then racked to barrels and inoculated with a mixed culture of wild yeast and bacteria to finish the job. Toffee notes are balanced by fruitiness and a pronounced acidity. Tart cherries add a further layer of complexity to this very drinkable sour ale. 5.4% ABV / Blanco, TX / Ratebeer 98 / Availability: Very Limited / Limit 1 per customer / Mueller Only

Real Ale Sisyphus Four Year Vertical: 2011, 2013, 2014, 2016 – Measuring between 10 and 11% ABV, depending on the year, this barleywine was Real Ale’s first seasonal product. It is uncharacteristically smooth for this style of beer, as it is created with five different kinds of hops. It also displays a rich malt character, and the healthy portion of hops gives it a distinctive dry and balanced finish. 10-11% ABV / Blanco, TX / Ratebeer 92 / Availability: While Supplies Last / Mueller Only

Epic Oak & Orchard Syrah – Foeder then aged in red wine casks with blueberry, boysenberry, and black currants. Bright floral aroma with a flavor explosion of fruit complexity, jam, and puckering sourness finished with Brettanomyces funk. 8.5% ABV / Salt Lake City, UT / Availability: Limited / Mueller Only

Epic Oak & Orchard Pinot – a Pinot inspired sour that features blueberry, boysenberry, cranberry, strawberry and plum. The fruity bouquet pops with red berries, French Oak and light cellar notes from the Brettanomyces. The beer is crisp and puckering with the tartness of unripe fruit and a complex vinous finish. 8.2% ABV / Salt Lake City, UT / Availability: Limited / Mueller Only

Epic Big Bad Baptista – Big Bad Baptista is inspired by traditional Mexican coffee, Café de Olla, which is served with cinnamon and piloncillo, an unrefined sugar. The Cinnamon adds another layer of complexity and accentuates the earthy character of Mexican Coffee. 12.5% ABV / Salt Lake City, UT / Ratebeer 100 / Availability: Limited / Mueller Only

Epic Double Barrel big Bad Baptist – Double Barrel Big Bad Baptist is the cream of the crop with only the choicest barrels selected for the blend, barrel-aged single-origin coffee and artisanal micro-batch cacao nibs. 12.8% ABV / Salt Lake City, UT / Ratebeer 99 / Availability: Limited / Mueller Only

Saint Arnold Bishop’s Barrel No.16 – Bishop’s Barrel No. 16 is another foray into the world of blurring beer and wine. They aged their Sorachi Ace Dubbel in Bordeaux red wine barrels – predominantly Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon – for 11 months in the presence of brettanomyces. 7.9& ABV / Houston, TX / Availability: Limited / Limit 1 per customer / Mueller Only

Saint Arnold White Noise – White Noise is a refreshing Belgian-style wit biere with a hop twist. It has lots of wheat, bitter orange peel and coriander with a signature Belgian yeast profile. This year, they dry hopped it with Amarillo hops to enhance the citrus/orange notes of the flavor profile. 5% ABV / Houston, TX / Availability: Good / Mueller Only

5 Stones Merry Christmas – Ale handcrafted with cinnamon, vanilla beans, nutmeg, and allspice. 7.9% ABV / Cibolo, TX / Availability: Good / SoLa Only

Ridgeway Querkus – To get a subtle smokiness they brew with Scottish peated whisky malt, English pale and roasted malts and boil only whole leaf goldings hops. Querkus is then patiently cold matured over pieces of old French oak barrels. The flavours from the toasted wood slowly seep into the beer; bottling only when we think it is right. 5.8% ABV / Stoke, England / Beeradvocate 82 / Availability: good / SoLa Only

Van Honsebrouck Kasteel 2014 Cuvee du Chateau – An unequalled beer, at the top of the Kasteel spectrum. The aroma and flavour of Cuvée are those of a Kasteel Donker, that aged 10 years in the cellars of the castle, noble and strong. 11% ABV / Emelgem, Belgium / Ratebeer 94 / Availability: Good / SoLa Only

Van Honsebrouck Barista Chocolate Quad – The name ‘Barista’ conjures thoughts of the fragrance of steaming coffee below a layer of expertly created froth. This may sounds rather far-fetched for a beer… However, the aromas and the flavours of caramel, cacao and roast malt match seamlessly with the ‘black gold’ and chocolate. This beer builds bridges with the world of hot beverages, with warming alcohol in the finish. 11% ABV / Emelgem, England / Ratebeer 93 / Availability: Good / SoLa Only

Karbach Fun Series No. 14 Roll in the Hay – This saison was aged for over 5 months in chardonnay barrels. The aging imparted some toasted oak character and a slight tartness from the wine. 7.5% ABV / Houston, TX / Beeradvocate 84 / Availability: Limited / SoLa Only

Jester King Kollaborationsbier – Kollaborationsbiermittschechischemhopfenundwilderbakterienhefekombination (or Kollaborationsbier for short) literally means “collaboration beer with Czech hops, wild yeast, and bacteria” in German. 4.2% ABV / Austin, TX / Beeradvocate 86 / Availability: Decent / SoLa Only

Avery Maharaja – The Maharaja flaunts his authority over a deranged amount of hops: tangy, vibrant and pungent along with an insane amount of malted barley – fashioning a dark amber hue and exquisite malt essence. 10.2% ABV / Boulder, CO . Ratebeer 100 / Availability: Limited

Avery Raja IIPA – Brazenly bitter. Dashingly dry-hopped. Raja is an audacious addition to Avery’s lengthy lineage of intrepid IPA’s. Hops for all! All for hops! 8% ABV / Boulder, CO / Ratebeer 98 / Availability: Decent / Mueller Only

Buffalo Bayou Big Black Cowbell – An intensely hopped imperial stout. 10.8% ABV / Houston, TX / Availability: Decent

Rabbit Hole Brewing Rapture – A rich, toasted malt profile characterizes this English/American Fusion Brown Ale, with Pacific coast hops providing a balancing bitterness and subtle citrus character. A generous amount of Brown malt provides this beer with its signature toasted bread hook and ensures it stands apart from the normal. 6.4% ABV / Justin, TX / Ratebeer 84 / Availability: Good / SoLa Only

Rabbit Hole Brewing 10/6 English Pale Ale – English IPA features a prominent English hop character supported by a smooth, bready malt backbone. 6.5% ABV / Justin, TX / Availability: Good / SoLa Only

Rabbit Hole Brewing Mike Modano’s 561 Kolsch – a clean, crisp, yet deceptively complex brew which features a delicate balance between soft malt and a subtle fruity hoppiness. Crafted to commemorate Mike’s record career goals for US-born hockey players. 4.7% ABV / Justin, TX / Availability: Good / SoLa Only

Sierra Nevada Trip in the Woods: Barrel Aged Narwhal with Currants: They aged this rich, chocolate imperial stout in bourbon barrels with a mix of both red and black currants for a pop of sweet and tart flavor.
