Blue Owl Plum de Plume – Sour Harvest Ale with plums and spices. Blue Owl has picked rich malts with a lot of caramel and dried fruit notes to give a balance to this slightly higher sour ale (68 SUs). Jester King Pattinson Porter –  Pattinson Porter was brewed with Texas Hill Country well water, Weyermann Munich, Caramunich, Carafa III, Blacklands Brownfield, and Liberty hops. Brewed with Jesterking’s mixed culture containing several strains of Brettanomyces. 8.4% ABV / Austin, Texas / Availability: Limited (Friday)
