Austin Beerworks Black Thunder– If a stout and a pilsner had a lovechild, it would be Black Thunder. This miniature powder keg starts with a roasted, bread-like complexity but finishes dry and clean like a pilsner. It’s dark, distinctive, and dry. 5.3 % ABV / Austin, TX / Availability: Decent

TUPPS DDH IPA Series 14– TUPP’s hazy, juicy IPA is back with 35% Calypso, 35% Bravo, and 30% Amarillo hops. 7.1% ABV / McKinney, TX / Availability: Good

Rhode Island Greening is the second oldest apple grown in the U.S., dating from around 1650, and lends notes of grapefruit and white pepper. Lakewood Peanut Butter Temptress –  Lakewood’s rich and dreamy Temptress milk stout,  made with chocolate, peanuts, and a touch of sea salt. 9.1% ABV / Garland, TX

Whitestone Velvet Nunchucks – Classic British Brown Ale. 6.8% ABV / Cedar Park, TX

(512) Whiskey Barrel Aged Pecan Porter (2018) – (512) Double Pecan Porter is a robust porter accented by organic Texas-grown roasted pecans and subtly enhanced by aging in recently emptied oak whiskey barrels. Notes of chocolate, coffee, and pecan marry with the subtle flavors of vanilla and whiskey to make this a wonderful warmer worth sharing and savoring. 9.5% ABV / Ratebeer: 97 / Austin, TX

Pinthouse Pizza/ABGB Pizza Party Pils -Two award-winning Austin brewpubs have teamed up to create the Pizza Party Pils. This pilsner combines the intergalactic champion pils knowledge that ABGB possesses, along with the hop obsessed style of Pinthouse Pizza, and it results in an obscenely crushable and palate-pleasing beer. 5.2% ABV / Austin, TX

Pinthouse Pizza Wet Hopped Green Battles – Gold Medal winner at the GABF! Mosaic, whole-leaf Chinook & Amarillo hops in this juicy IPA provide mouth-watering stone fruit, citrus, and mango notes throughout along with a nice crisp and dry finish. 6.3% ABV / Austin, TX

Fall Into Stout Season with Lakewood’s Peanut Butter Temptress

It’s the most wonderful time of the year (for craft fans, at least). That’s right…STOUT SEASON. On Saturday, October 5th, join our friends at Lakewood Brewing Co. as we tap a keg of Texas’s favorite nutty brew, the famous Peanut Butter Temptress Milk Stout! We’ll also be pouring pints of their Melon Baller IPA for all you hop heads out there. Get a free commemorative Lakewood glass when you buy a pour of either beer. (Draft only, bottle date TBA).

Cider fans, this one is for you! Stop by Bishop’s pint night TONIGHT, Thursday, October 3rd for a taste of something truly wild. Take the ever-popular Crackberry & ferment it on toasted coconut and you’ve got this cider company’s latest — Tiger’s Blood. We’ll be featuring pints of this delicious concoction as well as 6pks to go. Buy the cider, keep the glass.

If that weren’t enough, we have another treat in store for y’all. On Wednesday, October 9th, the kindly folks at Pinthouse Pizza stop by with a wet-hopped version of their award-winning Green Battles IPA in tow. These are hops so fresh, you’d swear they were picked just yesterday! On the lighter side, we’ll be pouring pints of their refreshing Lo Brau Lager, and Pizza Party Pils (an inspired collaboration with ABGB).
