Celis Brewery at WhichCraft

We are very pleased to welcome Tara from Celis Brewery to the WhichCraft Tap Room in Mueller this Friday from 5pm-8pm.  We’ll be doing a Buy The Beer Keep The Glass event featuring Citrus Grandis IPA and of course the beer that started a revolution, Celis White.  This is sure to be a packed event so get there early.

Stone Ghost Hammer IPA – This IPA, liberally hopped with Loral, honors our intrepid overnight team by naming it after their mischievous poltergeist companion – the Ghost Hammer. 6.7% ABV / Escondido, CA / Availability: Decent

Stone Mocha IPAClearly, style lines have been crossed. Is it half-IPA, half-stout? Not quite. It’s definitely all IPA, but it’s also the best of both styles, making this love child of a beer simply just a beautiful, pleasure-seeking meld of imperial IPA and mocha indulgence. 9% ABV / Escondido, CA / RateBeer 98 / Availability: Limited

Rogue 6 HopThe first in a fresh crop of Rogue Farms IPAs, crafted entirely from ingredients we grow ourselves in Oregon’s renowned Willamette Valley. The Rogue Farms Revolution, Independent, Alluvial, Rebel, Liberty and Freedom Hops in 6 Hop IPA create a well-balanced, drinkable IPA grown from Ground to Glass. 6.66% ABV / Newport, OR / RateBeer 92 / Availability: Decent / SoLa Only

Great Divide Nadia Kali – Nadia Kali is an inspired Saison with cross-cultural influence. Nadia’s ruby pink glow comes from, a generous infusion of hibiscus, whole ginger root gives it a subtle spice a hint of woodsy maturity, and lemon peel adds a citrus tastiness to keep you on your toes. 6.3% ABV / Denver, CO / Availability: Good

Great Divide Whiskey Barrel Aged Yeti – This unique version of our monstrous Yeti Imperial Stout is aged for at least twelve months in whiskey barrels. The spirited aging process produces a hugly complex but mellowed Yeti, with its signature roasted flavors, hints of vanilla and oak, and a whiskeyed finish 12.5% ABV / Denver, CO / Availability: Limited

Founder’s DoomDoom is unleashed when Founders’ award-winning specialty Imperial IPA, Double Trouble, is aged in bourbon barrels for four months to create a distinct flavor experience. 10% ABV / Grand Rapids, MI / RateBeer 98 / Availability: Limited

Idle Vine No Hitter – This light, crisp and refreshing brew allows you to throw back a handful of pints without stumbling out the door. There’s no better way to beat the Texas heat than with this low ABV session ale. Lightly hopped with a simple malt backbone, No Hitter delivers time and time again. Long cold conditioning periods bring forth this well balanced, yet flavorful beer. 4% ABV / Round Rock, TX / Availability: Good

Idle Vine Idle Mind – This brew delivers an earthy, piney, and resinous flavor that is in perfect harmony with the balanced sweetness of the malts. Whole leaf hops added to the hopback allow for the aroma to shine through without increasing overall bitterness 5.3% ABV / Round Rock, TX / Availability: Good

Idle Vine IPA – This West Coast style IPA is packed full of Columbus, Citra and Amarillo hops. Small amounts of Vienna and Crystal malts compliment the base grain and balance out the overall bitterness. Whole leaf and pellet hops are added very late in the boil giving this beer an intense floral and citrusy aroma. 7.3% ABV / Round Rock, TX / Availability: Good

Jester King Final Entropy – A Kolsch inspired beer in collaboration with Jackie O’s Brewery in Athens, OH. Brewed with Hill Country well water, German malted barley, and Fuggles and Saaz hops. Champion Fruitless DIPA – Big juicy double IPA hopped exclusively with Mosaic and fermented with British Burton Ale yeast. We think it is the Fruit Basket without the fruit. You be the judge. 8% ABV / Charlottesville, VA / Availability: Good

Champion Shower Beer – 2015 Great American Beer Festival Gold Medal Winner.  This is a spot on Czech style pilsner 4.5% ABV / Charlottesville, VA / Availability: Good

Champion True Love – Mexican lager brewed in collaboration with Cockfight Skateboards. 4.5% ABV / Charlottesville, VA / Availability: Good

Champion Falconer – This Hoppy American wheat beer was brewed with our friends in C-Ville metal outfit Corsair, and features ‘Falconer’s Flight’ hops, a hopunion blend of Simcoe, Citra, and Sorachi Ace. Heady hoppy nose, balanced by easy drinking wheat flavors and mild bitterness. 5.5% ABV / Charlottesville, VA / Availability: Good

Champion Missile IPA – An American India Pale Ale with firm bitterness and intense citrusy hop aromas. Made with 2-row pale ale malt and dry hopped with Simcoe, Cascade, Summit and more for the full experience of an American IPA. 7% ABV / Charlottesville, VA / Availability: Good
