Blast Off With 4th Tap’s New Color Out of Space Sour Ale!

Today (1/30) starting at 5 pm, our January Brewery of the Month goes out in style with one far-out event! 4th Tap Brewing Co. will be on hand to sample out their latest ale, Color Out of Space — a sour loaded with over 140 pounds of raspberry and blackberry! We’ll also be sampling some cans of the Supernaut Neapolitan stout, and Gingerbread House Party Winter Ale (plus some other surprises). See you there!

Then, on Saturday (1/31) from 5 pm – 8 pm, the party continues with Bell’s Brewing Co., who will join us to celebrate their famously hoppy double IPA, the one — the only — Hopslam! We’ll also be sampling cans of their new Lo-Call IPA, the Light-Hearted Ale. Bought the beer? Why dontcha go ahead and keep the glass?

Bell’s Light Hearted – Light Hearted is aromatic, balanced, and incredibly easy-drinking. This Lo-Cal IPA has only 110 calories, yet all the Heart. Texas Keeper Stillage – TX Keeper’s bourbon barrel-aged cider, for your drinking pleasure. St. Arnold French Press –French Press is an imperial coffee porter brewed with Java Pura Coffee Roasters Espresso blend coffee. It pours dark brown/black color with a creamy and tan head. It has a bold chocolate and coffee flavor and aroma with a balanced roast bitterness and mild sweetness. It finishes with a nice balance of coffee and a slight chocolaty sweetness that doesn’t build and keeps you coming back for another sip. 9.4% ABV / Houston, TX

8th Wonder Haterade Gose – Haterade is a Houston twist on a Gose, a traditional German sour wheat beer brewed with coriander & sea salt. This refreshingly tart beer has a beautiful peachy aroma with a sour & salty citrus kick that finishes with a clean wheat flavor. 3.3% ABV / Houston, TX

Zilker BBA Elfie Sunshine – 10-year Dickel bourbon barrel-aged imperial coffee milk stout with cacao nibs. 8.5% ABV / Austin, TX
