Bow Down Before the Pumpkinator!

We’ve received your phone calls, your emails, even your social media messages; the answer is YES– we have St. Arnold’s Pumpkinator Imperial Stout! This Friday (10/25), come join beer rep extraordinaire Frank in celebrating all beers St. Arnolds! On tap, we’ll have the delightfully amber Guten Tag lager, the crowd-pleasing Honey Agave Cider, and last but not least, 2018 and 2019 vintages of the PUMPKINATOR! But why stop there? In addition to 2019 Pumpkinator bombers, we’ll also be selling 12oz bottles of Bourbon Barrel-aged Pumpkinator, as well as our special supply of cellared 2018 Pumpkinator bombers. Bottle limit one per person. While supplies last! 

Before the pumpkin-tinged mayhem takes over our store, join Hi Sign Brewing Co. for one hoppy evening.  This Thursday (10/24), we’ll be pouring satisfying pints of the cosmically tasty Super Astronaut Double IPA.  Rumor on the street is we’ll also have tallboy cans available in singles and 4-packs. Come square up against Texas’s favorite Imperial Pumpkin Stout, the Pumpkinator (in addition to the 2018 and 2019 versions available both on draft and in bombers, we’ll have the bourbon barrel-aged variant in 12oz bottles). We’ll also be sampling the Guten Tag lager and Honey Agave Cider. Guess what you get to keep if you buy the beer?

Back in stock: Lefthand Chai Milk Stout, Lefthand Wake Up Dead Stout, Alaskan Smoked Porter

21st Amendment Tasty IPA -Made in collaboration with homebrewer, Mike “Tasty” McDole, Tasty IPA drinks easily but isn’t necessarily easy drinking. The hop-forward creation, spawned from test batches of Tasty’s own homebrews, features Citra and Mosaic Lupulin Powder with Ekuanot hop pellets. It’s a quenching IPA with a clean bitterness and a ton of hop aroma and flavor. 6.8% ABV / San Leandro, CA /Availability: Good

Great Divide S’mores Yeti – Imperial Stout brewed with Chocolate, Marshmallow, and Spices. 9.5% ABV / Denver, Co / Availability: Decent

420 Strain Chocolate Stout –  Five twenty bro.  A trinity of hops, strain-specific terpenes, and natural hemp-type flavors complement a roasty malt backbone, resulting in a medley of flavors: Tropical fruit on the inhale, coffee on the exhale, chocolate all the way through. 6.4% ABV / Atlanta, GA / Availability: Decent

Great Divide Mexican Hot Chocolate Yeti –  Another variation on the classic Yeti Imperial Stout. Great Divide added a variety of spices, vanilla, and coffee to invoke the flavors of a Mexican hot chocolate 9.5% ABV / Denver, Co / Availability: Decent


Anchor Old Foghorn– The malty sweetness, fruitiness, unique hop aroma and high original gravity of Old Foghorn® Barleywine Style Ale is to beer much as port is to wine.  8.2% ABV / San Fransisco, CA / Availability: Good

Buffalo Bayou Mexican Hot Chocolate – Mexican Hot Chocolate has all the characteristics of its namesake in traditional stout form. Rich, dark chocolate malt is the foundation for this semi-sweet chocolate stout with a warm, dry finish. Cinnamon and Cayenne add a sweet spice to a chocolatey base. 9.6% ABV / Houston, TX / Availability: Good

Ommegang Saisonztraminer –  Belgian Saison co-fermented with Gewürztraminer grape juice. 6.5% ABV / Cooperstown, NY / Availability: Limited

Clown Shoes El Hombre Sin Nombre – Imperial stout with Texas rye malt aged in Balcones rye whiskey barrels. 10% ABV / Boston, MA / Availability: Decent

Destihl Cranberry Criek – Destihl’s non-traditional Cranberry Criek evolved by merging tart cranberries with sweet cherries, normally associated with a traditional Kriek, but in a kettle sour beer that is wonderfully intricate, balanced, fruity and tart.  5% ABV / Normal, IL / Availability: Decent
