Whew, y’all. This week’s dispatch is gonna be short and sweet. Currently, we’re getting ready for our tasting night with Tupps Brewing. It’ll be running from 5:30 to 7:30ish, so come on out! Next Friday night, to kick off your memorial day weekend, 101 House Cider will be in doing a sampling of their portfolio. Not to stop the momentum, we’ve also book Circle Brewing for the evening of June the 3rd. Keep your eyes out for more to come!

Austin Eastciders Watermelon Cider -Right in time for summer, our watermelon cider is a balanced and slightly sweet cider with a refreshing finish. Grab a slice of this picnic-ready, limited-release offering before heading out to the river, lake, or your backyard with friends. 5% ABV
Brewdog Elvis Juice -An American IPA with a bitter edge that will push your citrus tolerance to the brink and back; Elvis Juice is loaded with tart pithy grapefruit. This IPA has a caramel malt base, supporting a full frontal citrus overload – grapefruit piled on top of intense aroma hops. Waves of crashing pine, orange and grapefruit round out this citrus infused IPA. 5.1% ABV
903 Milkshake and Fries -Milk stout brewed with chocolate soft serve and sea salt. 10.7% ABV

Sierra Nevada Fantastic Haze -We were in search of something fantastic. Something juicy, something hazy, something ripe with notes of mango, melon and citrus. So we said, “Reason be damned,” and filled our kettles with five hop varieties and loads of malt, oats and wheat. Some may call that absurd. We call it absurdly fantastic. 9.0% ABV
Stone Liquid Poem -Hops, used artfully, can be a lyrical journey for the palate. What you have here is the liquid equivalent of some old school classic punk rock poetry. We took the path less traveled 25 years ago, and it could be accurately argued we were a bit noisy in our adventures co-pioneering the West Coast style IPA. People heard that noise and joined us in the hoppy mosh pit, and the path has gotten even more lively since then. We based this recipe on the classics, with citrusy-piney Centennial, Chinook and Columbus hops, plus a dash of ‘new classic’ Citra for good measure. Big yet refreshing, bold yet nuanced. Undeniably LOUD. Just as we like it. IBU 100+ 9.4% ABV
Alesmith Hazy .394 -Similar to the fan-favorite San Diego Pale Ale .394, this beer pays tribute to Hall-of-Famer Tony Gwynn and the career-high batting average that he achieved with the Padres in ’94. Hazy .394 showcases an intense hop aroma of tropical fruit and citrus, but delivers a fuller-bodied pour than its predecessor, along with a smooth and creamy finish. It’s a guaranteed hit!
Anderson Valley Briney Melon -Briney Melon Gose boasts a thirst-quenching tartness that is perfectly balanced by subtle watermelon flavors and aromas. Gentle additions of sea salt create a refreshing harmony between the acidity and fruity sweetness leading to clean, dry finish. ABV 4.2%
Bruery Just a Kiss -Inspired by the rich agricultural history of our very own Orange County, Just A Kiss is an ode to the orange groves that once thrived in the area. This saison was fermented with orange blossom honey for six months in French oak foeders and finished with a final kiss of orange blossom flowers. Complex and easy-drinking, made for friends and food. 5.3%
Odd Side Ales Cultivation Mass -Brand new small batch release! A heavily wheated imperial stout that’s been aging In malt and wheated whiskey barrels for the last 18 months. 11.4% ABV
New Wines This Week
(On or Off Premise Consumption)
Auntsfield Sauvignon Blanc -Pale straw. Intense and pure aromas of fresh passion fruit, ripe melon and lime. Notes of dried herbs, lemongrass, mandarin and blackcurrant add pungency and intensity to the aromatics. Powerful, tight and elegant. This wine displays intense ripe fruit flavors of passion fruit and white peach, with citrus notes of lime and mandarin pith. The palate has intense concentration and generous weight, balanced by an underlying minerality and tight structure to shape a wine with lively tension and textural balance. 13% ABV
Blackwater Wine “Underdog” Chenin Blanc – South African Chenin Blanc for the Chablis fan. This 100% Chenin Blanc is harvested from selected old bushvine vineyards on the top slopes of Bottelary Hills and a similar soil structure just northwest in Durbanville. The fruit is destemmed and pressed, settled for 24 hours and fermented in stainless steel and concrete tanks, left on the fine lees for five months. A small bit of battonage was employed to give added texture but this wine was meant to be a compliment to that briny little oyster so not too much lees stirring.
A wine so pure it almost feels like it should be good for you. Here is a perfect example of nervy, unadulterated, unmanipulated, no skin contact, zero RS, zero ML, honest to goodness Chenin Blanc. A clean, lean nerve-tingler with grapefruit, bayleaf, lemon sorbet, muskmelon and sea spray freshness. 13% ABV
Joshua Cooper “Doug’s Vinyard” Pinot Noir -Bright ruby. Very classical and very typical of Doug’s Vineyard, filled with the typical exotic spice, rose, some clod earth and sweet herbs and concentrated sour cherry and raspberry fruit. Long, fine and deep, with silky but present tannin and cleansing, sappy acidity. 12.5% ABV

Great Divide Car Camper Hazy – CAR CAMPER is the beer to fuel your next adventure. Generously hopped and dry-hopped with Sabro hops, the aroma hints at cantaloupe, mango and coconut and finishes evenly with a pleasant mouthfeel. 5.5 % ABV
Firestone Walker Double Mind Haze – A pillowy soft and smooth double hazy IPA boasting huge tropical notes of pineapple, mango, and melon balanced with light bitterness and sweetness. 8.3% ABV
Firestone Walker Barrel Aged Parabola 2019 – One of our most aggressive and sought-after offerings. Bold bourbon, tobacco and espresso aromas and a hint of American oak greet the nose. Rich, chewy roasted malts, charred oak and bourbon-like vanilla fill the palate and create a seamless finish. A remarkably complex brew that offers a transcendental drinking experience – enjoy with good company. 13%ABV
