Craft ‘Wiches at Whichcraft — Fresh & Savory Paninis, Hot Off the Press

We’re very excited to announce the launch of our craft sandwiches, made to order every day in our taproom. Each panini is assembled and pressed in-house on soft, fresh-baked Easy Tiger Ciabatta bread. Current offerings include Caprese, Ham & Brie, Turkey & Provolone, and Artichoke & Roasted Red Pepper, each $9 (plus a Kid’s Grilled Cheese for only $5!)

🎵 Do you re-mem-bah? The hot mornings of Septem-bah. We got (Nitro) cold brew on tap for-ev-ah🎵  That’s right, enjoy our NEW, silky smooth NITRO cold brew coffee. Kickstart your morning with this refreshing blend of Latin American and Ethiopian beans.

Also, starting Sunday, September 1st we’ll have a new BREWERY OF THE MONTH! Enjoy Tupps six-packs, including the Citra Pale, Tupps IPA, and National Standard American Ale, each just $6.99 all month long!

Rogue Ales Just-A Pinch – Within this gose, a tart tanginess meets slightly salty nuances, followed by notes of citrusy hops with a clean, refreshing finish. Made with hand-harvested salt from the Yaquina Bay.  4.5% ABV / Newport, OR / Availability: Good 

Oasis Moontower Black Kolsch – Oasis’s Moontower Black Kolsch is the brewing company’s take on a Kolsch/Schwarzbier hybrid. Oasis uses Kolsch yeast for the light, crisp & refreshing body while creating a complex malt bill that lends roasted, coffee and dark chocolate flavors.  5.2% ABV / Austin, TX / Availability: Good

Real Ale Moonwalk – Real Ale’s popular brut IPA tickles the palate with subtle wine notes and flavors of soft, ripe berries– all with a brilliantly dry finish.  6% ABV / Blanco, TX / Availability: Decent

Brazos Valley Good Vibrations – Easy-drinking wheat ale blended with refreshing lemon juice and a hint of real ginger. 5% ABV / Brenham, TX /Availability: Good (Friday)

Lagunitas Brewing Company Dark Swan – a dark purple hybrid ale that takes Lagunitas’ house yeast and feeds it some Petite Sirah grapes.  Smooth and slightly sour. 8.5% ABV / Petaluma, CA / Ratebeer: 89 / Availability: Good

ABGB Industry Pils –Crisp, assertive and extra dry, ABGB’s German-style Pils is hopped with German Saphir hops. 4.9% ABV / Ratebeer: 80 / Austin, TX
