NEW BEERS AVAILABLE
1. Real Ale Brewers Cut Signature Hop (Ultra hop varietal) – This beer features the American bred aroma variety ‘Ultra’. Descending from the noble bloodlines of Hallertau and Saazer, with a distinct American finish, Ultra’s character is defined by a mild spiciness and subtle floral notes. 5.1% ABV/Blanco, TX
2. Woodchuck Belgian White Cider – A handcrafted treasure, the ultra-limited edition Private Reserve Belgian White, is crafted with a classic Belgian beer yeast. Cloudy, with a rich, golden hue, it presents a delicate aroma and taste, with coriander and orange notes. It pairs excellently with seafood fare, mixed greens or sharp cheeses. 5.5% ABV/Middlebury, VT
3. Ska Brewing True Blonde Dubbel – This is a very interesting beer from Ska Brewing featuring ingredients such as local wildflower honey, Belgian candy sugar, and fermented with Belgian yeast. Very light in color, but bold in flavor and alcohol content. 8% ABV/Durango, CO
4. Green Flash Imperial IPA – Reaching new heights, the mountains of Summit and Nugget hops in this intense high gravity Imperial IPA will thrill even the extreme beer adventurer. Discover savory pine, evergreen and pineapple aromas and experience the rush of a hoppy adventure. 9.8% ABV/San Diego, CA
5. Green Flash White IPA – To create this beer, Green Flash combined malted wheat and more than a dozen hop varieties to select the three hops with the most citrus character: Simcoe, Amarillo and El Dorado. A citrus hop explosion leaps from the glass with big tangerine aromas up front, while hop flavors of bitter orange zest dominate and linger to the finish. 7% ABV/San Diego, CA
6. Green Flash Road Warrior Imperial Rye – They call it an “occasion beer” – an exceptional alternative to the season’s trend of lawnmower beers. “This is quite possibly the most amount of flavor that can be packed into a glass of red ale,” explains Green Flash Brewmaster, Chuck Silva. “Columbus & Mosaic hops, rich crystal malts and a touch of spicy rye malt build a mildly sweet, tannic base for Mosaic & Amarillo dry hopping – 2lbs per barrel – to shine through in the beer’s firm finish. With layers of hop flavor and aroma, Road Warrior offers an amazing hop fruitiness that lends to the beer’s overall drinkability.” 9% ABV/San Diego, CA
7. Rogue Voodoo Donut – They say the third time’s a charm, and this time the collision of crazies created a Pretzel, Raspberry & Chocolate ale inspired by Voodoo Doughnut’s Voodoo Doll doughnut. The Voodoo people say the magic is in the hole. 5.4% ABV/Newport, OR
8. Lagunitas Undercover Investigation Shutdown – Lagunitas brewed this especially bitter ale in remembrance of the 2005 St Patrick’s Day Massacre and in commemoration of their 20-day suspension that followed. The ABC conducted an undercover investigation of our brewery, finding them guilty of operating a “Disorderly House.” 9.75% ABV/Petaluma, CA
9. Sixpoint RAD – The proprietary blend of fruit juices bursts with citrus essence, balanced by a smooth wheat beer base. It’s the ultimate summer crusher in a 16 oz can. 3.2% ABV/Brooklyn, NY
10. Brouwerij Van Steenberge Witches’ Brew – This ale is brewed by the masterful Belgian producer Van Steenberge for their American importer. It’s a big, generous, full-bodied cross between a rather dry Golden and a strong Tripel, showing the hallmark Golden richness and tree fruit with the tropical notes and spice of the tripel. 9.3% ABV/Ertvelde, Belgium
11. Texas Big Beer Brewery Big Texas Blonde – A Belgian style blonde brewed with a lot of malt and Belgian candy syrup, fermented with American ale yeast for a clean flavor and light body. 10.55% ABV/Buna, TX
12. Southern Tier Compass – This beer pours a light straw color and is made of two types of hops and three types of malts. With generous carbonation and a bright citrus aroma, this beer has crisp biscuit notes overlaid with fresh tropical citrus and a softer, less aggressive bitterness. However, this beer is a very bitter! 9% ABV/Lakewood, NY
13. Southern Tier Sonnet – This beer is a Belgian style super Saison brewed with lemongrass. With notes of lemon citrus, banana, and a tart finish, this beer is a delicious addition to the summertime. Pairs well with pasta w/ garlic aioli, steamed mussels, and Roquefort cheese. 8.5% ABV/Lakewood, NY
14. Boulevard Entwined – This ale is the first production batch of a test beer formerly referred to as Nelson. While the recipe was adjusted slightly from the original tests, the use of Muscat juice remains the focus. The juice was combined with pale malt in the brewhouse for a beer that is light both in body and in color. It was hopped exclusively with a New Zealand hop variety called Nelson Sauvin, known for its tropical fruit and white wine-like aromatics. This unique session ale has a refreshing, slightly tart finish. 4.1% ABV/Kansas City, MO
15. Petrus 1894 – This ale is brewed with 30% Barrel Aged Petrus Aged Pale and with hops from the 3 great hops growing beer cultures in Europe. Golding from the UK, Saaz from Czech Republic, and Tettnang Tettnanger from Germany. The hops are pitched 4 times and the beer is then dry hopped. The flavor is dry and fresh, much like champagne or sparkling wine. 8% ABV/Bavikhove, Belgium
