NEW BEER AVAILABLE

  1. No Label ‘Mint IPA’ Using 5 different hops, this IPA has a strong bouquet of citrus and pine with a hint of spiciness. The mint balances the hops for a smooth finish. Believe it or not, this IPA clocks in at 125 IBU! 7.7%ABV/Katy, TX
  2. Real Ale Brewing Company’s ‘WHITE’ –  Real Ale’s newest seasonal offering is the Real Ale White. True to its roots, White is brewed with unmalted wheat, orange peel and coriander, and fermented with our house Belgian yeast strain. But with a dryhop level that matches our IPA, the aroma of this White more closely resembles that of its American peers than its Belgian ancestors. Low in alcohol and heavy in hop aroma, the once delicate Witbier has become the commanding Session White IPA. 4.6% ABV/Blanco, TX
  3. Rogue Farms ‘7 Hop IPA’ If you want a one of a kind IPA, this is it. This is John Maier’s secret recipe that blends all seven hops grown in the hopyard of Rogue Farms. It is a true taste of the terror of the Wigrich Appellation, the oldest hops growing region in Oregon. This beer uses Rogue Farms Liberty, Newport, Revolution, Rebel, Independent, Freedom & Alluvial hop varieties. 8% ABV/Newport, OR
  4. Stone Brewing ‘Enjoy by 07.04.14 IPA’ – This is a devastatingly fresh double IPA. While freshness is a key component of many beers – especially big, citrusy, floral IPAs – Stone has taken it further, a lot further, in this IPA.They’ve not only gone to extensive lengths to ensure that you’re getting this beer in your hands within an extraordinarily short window, they made sure that the Enjoy By date isn’t randomly etched in tiny text somewhere on the label, to be overlooked by all but the most attentive of retailers and consumers. Instead, they’ve sent a clear message with the name of the beer itself that there is no better time than right now to enjoy this IPA. 9.4% ABV/Escondido, CA
  5. Boulevard Brewing Company ‘Love Child No. 4’ This is a staff favorite and an incredible sour beer! A part of the Smokestack Series from the brewery, this beer is always a highly anticipated release. This wild ale was barrel aged with Lactobacillus and Brettanomyces, with most of the beer blended aged in oak barrels some for six years, and another portion of the mix aged 11 months souring on Lactobacillus. This is a blend of whiskey barrel, wine foeder and stainless aged sour beers, this beer opens with an aroma of red fruit and under-ripe strawberries. Slightly more acidic than previous Love Child releases, this blend marries dark fruit flavors with subtle earthy notes of leather and mushroom with a lingering acid finish that closes crisp and dry. 9.5% ABV/Kansas City, MO
  6. Saint Arnold Brewing Company ’20th Anniversary’ – The color on this barleywine is a deep burgundian brown with a tan, creamy head. The nose is spicy with malt and alcohol and an orange citrus hop note. Toffee and caramel flavors combine well with spice from a combination of the hops and the alcohol. The balance is perfect with the malt and hops tingling together in unison from start to finish. There is a slight lingering dry bitter that stays with you but this also complements the sweetness from the all malt grain bill that could easily have become cloying. On repeated tastes, and as the beer warms, a soft dark chocolate note starts to come forward adding to the interest of this beer. 11.2% ABV/Houston, TX
  7. Aspall ‘Perronelle’s Blush’ English Draft CiderThis is a traditional English cider blended with a dash of blackberry juice to bring a beautifully crafted and delicious fruit cider. 5.7% ABV/Suffolk, England
  8. Deschutes Brewery ‘Hop In The Dark C.D.A.’ – ‘C.D.A.’ stands for Cascadian Dark Ale, and that’s exactly what this beer is. Semantics aside, this noir version has subtle coffee undertones born of a blend of oats with dark, Munich and crystal malts. What emerges is something deeper, less orthodox, and all its own. 6.8% ABV/Bend, OR
