New Beers This Week
Destihl Key Lime Gose – Wheat, flaked oats, munich malt, aromatic malt, coriander, sea salt, key lime puree, lactose, vanilla. 5.2% ABV
Destihl Haze of the Dead – Citra and Simcoe hops combine with flaked oats, wheat & pils malts, concocting into a juicy, Hazy Double IPA that will be sure to wake the dead. ABV 8.5%
D’Achouffe Houblon Chouffe – Houblon CHOUFFE is a strong beer with a bitter and fruity taste. Hopped with Tomahawk, Saaz and Amarillo. Houblon CHOUFFE is the first Belgian IPA. 9%ABV
Community Kush – Tangerine, pineapple, coconut and vanilla cream are all predominate flavors in this hazy double IPA thanks to Sabro CRYO, Simcoe CRYO, Vic Secret and Idaho 7 hops. 8%ABV
Brewtorium Weird Summer – Aged 21 months in Grape Creek port barrels, this golden lager boasts notes of white oak, tart sauvignon blanc, dried apricot, white lychee nut and dried lime. Mixed culture fermentation gives this beer a plethora of complexity yet it finishes dry like an effervescent summer sipper. 8.5% ABV
Brazos Valley Cherub Rock – Dark malts provide the rich depth of coffee and chocolate you expect from a porter. Then, in an act of restraint so not to smash you with pumpkin, we did our own thing by adding a touch of sweetness and spice. 8.5% ABV
903 Dreamsicle – Tangerine, Vanilla, & lactose smoothie style Gose ale. 5.3%
512 Young Funkenstein – Young Funkenstein is a cherry sour that started as a clean copper ale fermented in stainless. Finished in thirteen 2nd use Cabernet wine barrels for a total of 24 months with added wild yeast (Brett Bruxellensis) and sour-producing bugs (Pedio), this creation has nice earthy funk and lactic acid sourness. For 10 months, over 200 pounds of dried Rainier cherries lent more sour notes with sweet undertones and a dry finish. 6.5%ABV
Master Gao Puffed Rice – A light bodied pale ale made with puffed rice from China. 7.8% ABV
Texas Keeper August Cerise – Dry, heirloom apple cider. Double fermented w/ sour cherries. 8.4%ABV
Roughhouse Modern Light – Farmhouse witbier brewed with Sonora raw wheat and spiced with chamomile, coriander, and orange peel; fruity/touch of spice. 5.5% ABV
Martin House Superfast Jellyfish – Pineapple Sour with Lactose. 7%ABV
Live Oak Pre-War Pils with Church-Key tops! – The same beer you know and love but this time with punch-top church key tops!
Fair State & Live Oak Jiggleproofer –Jiggleproofer is a wheat lager with American hops. Crispy, like, maximum crispy. Crackery wheat malt character, big lemony hop aroma, tight bubbles. 4%ABV
New Belgium Sour IPA – A Hazy IPA blended with 20% wood-aged golden sour. 7%ABV
Untitled Art Dry Hop Kiwi Sour – Berliner Weisse Style Ale with kiwi puree. Collab w/ Vasen Brewing 6.5%ABV
True Vine Farmhouse Peach Saison – A farmhouse ale brewed with nearly 200 pounds of fresh East Texas Peaches. Peachy, crisp, slightly funky malt complexity with a dry white wine finish. 6.5%ABV
Stone & Modern Times Wizards & Gargoyles – Centennial, Cashmere, Citra, and Azacca hops are joined by two in-development hops, yielding juicy notes of tropical citrus that play beautifully with the robust flavors and aromas of the coffee, supplied by, of course, Modern Times’ caffeination masters. 7% ABV
Spindletap Draped Up – Amarillo, Mosaic, & Galaxy dry hopped IPA. 6.5% ABV
Untitled Art West Coast Rice IPA – West Coast IPA brewed with rice. Collab w/Three Chiefs Brewing. 6.5%ABV
Untitled Art Malted Milk Ball Stout – Milk Stout with cacao nibs and milk sugar. 8%ABV
Untitled Art Key Lime Ginger Sour – Berliner weisse style ale, brewed with key lime juice and ginger. 4.5%ABV
Untitled Art Fluffy IPA – Brewed with a massive amount of oats, wheat and honey/vanilla to give it a light/sweet/airy mouthfeel. Oh and also marshmallows, a lot of toasted marshmallows. 6.5%ABV
