Jester King Barrel-Aged Biere de Miel – A simple farmhouse ale with well water, Texas malted barley from Blacklands Malt, hops, and watermelon honey. We then aged it in neutral oak barrels. 6.9% ABV / Austin, TX / Availability: Limited

The Bruery Trade Winds – Their take on a Belgian-style Tripel ale with a twist: the addition of Thai basil, complementing the fruity and spicy notes we love this time of year. Choc-tee! (“Cheers!” in Thai). 8.4% ABV / Placentia, CA / RateBeer 92 / Availability: Good

The Bruery Terreux Goses Are Red – This is a rosé – and a gose – by any other name. This stylish funky, crisp and tart Gose ale inspired by the soft sweetness of a rosé wine. The refreshing wheat-based ale begins with some of the qualities you’d expect from a gose, including coriander spicing and a light saltiness to complement the tartness imparted by our house cultures. It builds in complexity, thanks to time spent in an oak foeder and the addition of grapes, which impart a refreshing character and color. 5.6% ABV / Placentia, CA / RateBeer 92 / Availability: Good

Independence Freak Power – Blood Orange Hefeweizen and brewed with Delta hops. 5.4% ABV / Austin, TX / Availability: Good (Friday)

Independence Hawaiian High Boy – A new twist on their New England Double IPA with tropical fruits. 9% ABV / Austin, TX / Availability: Good (Friday)

Austin East Ciders Watermelon Cider – Watermelon cider is a balanced and slightly sweet cider with a refreshing finish. Grab a slice of this picnic-ready, limited-release offering before heading out to the river, lake, or your backyard with friends. 5% ABV / Austin, TX / Availability: Good (Friday)

Bells Pool Time – A refreshing Belgian-inspired Wheat Ale with light clove notes. The truly distinguishing feature is the use of 100% Montmorency tart cherries grown in the Traverse City region of Michigan. These cherries add a subtle tartness and bright counterpoint to other flavors, enhancing Poolside’s fruity character and making it the perfect beer for all summer activities. 5% ABV / Comstock, MI / Availability: Good (Friday)
