WhichCraft + U = Beer Friends 4Ever

Tonight, lovebirds, it’s everyone’s favorite totally not Hallmark-manufactured holiday: Valentine’s Day. Because we here at WhichCraft are all romantics deep down, we’re throwing a beer and candy pairing from 5-8. Stop by anytime, no RSVP required. It’ll be $15 for four 5oz pours with an accompanying candy. Our very own Jody and Carlie will be curating the menu, so don’t miss this event.

Then on Friday, Community puts on a Pint Night with their Witbier and Barrel-Aged Legion. And while you’re there, maybe try some cans of their Mosaic IPA and Brett’s Get It On? Cool.

Don’t let the shortest month pass you by, keep buying our February BotM: NXNW. All month, pick up 6pks of Northern Lights, Red Zeppelin, and Zombie Dragon for $6.99. Yowza!

COOP Alpha Hive – This Double IPA is infused with a fierce American hop profile and a delicate, bee-crafted orange blossom honey from Northern California. Left Hand Raspberry Milk Stout – Roasted coffee notes combined with raspberries and chocolate malt for creamy decadence. 5.7% ABV / Longmont, CO / Availability: Good

Two Wheel Race Pointe – Northeast IPA. 8% ABV / Buda, TX / Availability: Good

Odell Tree Shaker – Imperial peach IPA has familiar citrusy hop notes with the subtle sweetness of local peaches. 8% ABV / Fort Collins, CO / RateBeer 92 / Availability: Decent

Cigar City Golden Ale – Built for the warmer months (of which Florida has plenty), Cigar City Brewing’s Golden Ale is brewed with American Willamette hops and pale wheat malt to create a low-alcohol American Golden Ale that balances bread-like malt flavors with herbaceous hops and a vibrant carbonation. 4.5% ABV / Tampa, FL / Availability: Decent

Dogfish Head The Perfect Disguise – On the surface, The Perfect Disguise looks like a straightforward Kölsch with a crisp Kölsch yeast and traditional German malts and hops … but things aren’t always what they seem. With a quick sniff and a slight sip, you’re greeted by a creamy mouthfeel and full body thanks to the addition of a unique German chit malt – the first hint that this beer may be somewhat different. Hiding deeper behind that German disguise is the double dry-hopping of an American Double IPA, with nearly 4 lbs. of German and American hops per barrel. It brings tropical flavors of citrus, tangerine, mango, gooseberries and peach. 8% ABV / Milton, DE / RateBeer 93 / Availability: Decent

Zilker/Southern Heights Friends with Benefits II – Hazy IPA that’s still in our fridge. How?! Come get it now! 7% ABV / Austin, TX / Availability: Limited

New Beers on Draft at WhichCraft Taproom

Full Draft List Available on our Website

Bell’s Lager of the Lakes – Following in the tradition of Czech Pilsners by offering a combination of firm malt and herbal hop bitterness, Bell’s Lager of the Lakes is as refreshing and crisp as a swim in the Great Lakes. 5% ABV / Comstock, MI

Live Oak Big Bark – The clean, dry lagers of Vienna provide inspiration for Big Bark Amber Lager. European malted barley lends it a soft body with a depth of malty richness and aroma. Small additions of noble hops gently balance characteristics of the malt. Cold fermentation and conditioning assure a beer with a clean finish, showcasing the interplay of the malt and hops. A beer of fine malt character and subtle hop nuance, it is accessible, smooth, and satisfying. 4.9% ABV / Austin, TX
