WhichCraft Beer Store is Looking for a Coffee Manager! Plenty of New Beers In Stock This Week

Are you a Coffee Nerd? Do you obsess over the body, blend and balance of each beautiful cup? Do you ever find yourself grilling your barista over how they roast their beans? Do you spell Love, J-A-V-A? If you answered yes to any of these questions then WhichCraft Beer Store needs you! As we prepare to open our second location in the Mueller development, we seek to hire a bonafide coffee expert to design, implement and run our coffee program. Qualified applicants should have coffee shop experience and some management training or management background. Celebrate Belgian Independence Day at WhichCraft Beer Store with Scott and taste Duvel, Duvel Tripel Hopped, Houblon Chouffe, and Leifman’s Goudenband.

Friday, July 22nd

Our good friend Daniel from Jolly Pumpkin will be behind the bar to pour free samples of Jolly Pumpkin and North Peak beers. Beers included in the tasting will be Saison Z, Oro De Calabeza, Archangel and Siren.

Saturday, July 23rd

12-2 pm, Kerri from Alamo Beer will be joining us to serve up free samples of their Pils, Maibock, Kolsch and Golden Ale.

2-4 pm, Andrew from 5 Stones Brewing company will be in the house to hand out tasters of their Norma Jean and Reserva Pina.

6-8 pm, Shannon from Cedar Creek will be stopping by to guide customers through a tasting of Patio Pounder, Lawn Ranger and Dankosaurus.

Tuesday, July 26th

Jason from Infamous Brewing will be here to pour free tasters of Sweep the Leg, Double Tap and Infamy.

Wednesday, July 27th

Lakewood’s very own Myk O’connor will be joining us to serve up some free samples of Troll Toll , Zomer Pils, Lakewood Lager and Hop Trapp.

Thursday, July 28th

WhichCraft Beer Store will be hosting a free tasting with Community Brewing in Dallas. Beers included in the tasting will be Texas Helles, Trinity, Mosaic IPA and Legion.

Founders Mosaic Promise – Mosaic Promise showcases two unique ingredients: Mosaic hops and Golden Promise malt. The versatility of the hop’s pleasing aroma and flavor characteristics and the traditional barley’s depth of flavor comprise this clean, rich, golden beer. 5.5% ABV / Grand Rapids, MI / Ratebeer 97 / Availability: Decent

Angry Orchard Muse – Made from traditional culinary and bittersweet apples and aged on French oak. The Muse is sweet up front with a juicy apple aroma and bright acidity, and slightly drying on the finish with a lingering sweet apple note. The French oak adds a subtle wood impression, imparting notes of cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and hints of vanilla. 7.7% ABV / Cincinnati, OH / Ratebeer 97 / Availability: Decent

Martin House Stars Above – Stars Above is a refreshing sour ale brewed with raspberries. It pours a nice hazy yellow with a slight purple hue. Tallgrass Brewing Buffalo Sweat – What you will really like about this beer is the smoothness that brewing with cream sugar brings to the palate.
