A Beer for All Seasons

Been in to WhichCraft recently? If it’s been a hot minute, there’s a good chance you’ll be walking in to a whole new tap wall, as we rotate kegs when they kick. Miss Spindletap’s Houston Haze or NXNW’s Mango Zombie Dragon? Then don’t miss your chance to try Community’s DDH Mosaic or Last Stand’s Fuzzieluscious. And as of this writing, there are three Family Business taps, but who knows how long this will last. Come in today and find your new favorite beer.

And keep picking up 6pks of October’s new Brewery of the Month: 4th Tap. Their +2 Vitality blonde, Can You Dig It amber, and Kung Fu Robot IPA are $5.99. All month! Or even tonight! They’re dropping buy Mueller tonight! Thursday! 5-8pm! We’ll be pouring their Can You Dig It for a Buy the Beer, Keep the Glass special.

Finally, for you sportsball fans, we hear the Astros are good at sportsball. When they’re playing (until they’re knocked out or win it all), come in to watch the game and enjoy Happy Hour pricing. Go ‘Stros!

New Beers on Draft at WhichCraft Taproom

Full Draft List Available on our Website

New Braunfels Blanche de Braunfels – French blonde ale made by filtering the wort through hay and using their house culture for fermentation. 5% ABV / New Braunfels, TX

St. Elmo Carl – A Pale Golden Beer. Full-flavored yet very drinkable. Perfectly refreshing for the 8-month Texas Summer. German Pilsner malt, Tettnanger Hops, and clean Kolsch yeast come together in graceful harmony to make the perfect everyday beer. Come hang with Carl! 4.6% ABV / Austin, TX

Black Star It’s Not a Pneuma – Hazy pale ale dry hopped 3 times with massive amounts of Citra and Amarillo hops. 5.2% ABV / Austin, TX

Upland Champagne Velvet – A pre-Prohibition style German lager brewed from a 1902 recipe from the original Terre Haute Brewing Co. in Southern Indiana. Refreshingly light pilsner body with some sweet complexities given off by the corn malt used in this recipe make this the perfect summer lager. 5.5% ABV / Bloomington, IN

Martin House Dairyland Special – Hazy IPA with lactose; packed with Citra and Mosaic hops. 7% ABV / Fort Worth, TX

Last Stand Fuzzieluscious – A hazy & juicy IPA packed with fruity flavors and aromas. 6.4% ABV / Austin, TX

TUPPS Day of the Dead – Brewed to celebrate the vibrancy of Day of the Dead, this double dry hopped pale ale is loaded with huge citrus and stone fruit flavor and aroma. Compared to its bigger brother, DDH IPA, Day of the Dead drinks lighter with a crisper body yet packs every bit of the aromatic punch that DDH IPA does. Massively dry hopped with Galaxy, Citra, and Mosaic. 5.5% ABV / McKinney, TX

The Bruery/Jester King Imperial Cabinet – This collaboration between the two breweries produced a beer reminiscent of a nearly-forgotten, early 20th-century cocktail, the Ramos gin fizz, employing our wildly traditional methods to do so. They began with some of the cocktail’s signature ingredients: lemon, lime and orange citrus fruits, botanicals, and sweeteners (sorry, no egg whites), and then let their collaborative brewing process run wild. The result is laden with herbal and floral notes, bright lemon and lime zest, orange blossom honey, vanilla, warm oak, and comforting spices. 8.3% ABV / Placentia, CA

Austin Beerworks Wet Hop: Citra – Wet-hopped IPA bursting with Citra hops. 7% ABV / Austin, TX
