New Beers This Week

Back In Stock: Ballast Point BA Victory at Sea (Arriving Friday)

Sierra Nevada Brut IPA – Brewed for a bone dry champagne-style finish. Late hop additions give the beer balanced bitterness and a bright pop of citrus flavor. It’s as intriguing as it is drinkable. 6.2% ABV / Chico, CA / Availability: Good

Brazos Valley Slippin’ Into Darkness with Coconut – Russian Imperial Stout with cacao nibs, Jet Fuel coffee, and coconut. 10.5% ABV / Brenham, TX / Availability: Good

Lagunitas DayTime – Sometimes you want a beer, then you realize how much crap you need to do before you call it a day. This is it. Nicely dosed with Big, Round Hop Flavors and a Toasty Malt Foundation to satisfy your every need. But it still lets you stay in the game to do what needs to be done. 4.7% ABV / Petaluma, CA / RateBeer 89 / Availability: Good

Odell Wolf Picker – Wolf Picker’s name pays homage to a classic hop harvesting rig and is brewed with a hop variety so rare, it’s known only as HBC 638. 5.5% ABV / Fort Collins, CO / Availability: Good

Dogfish Head Pennsylvania Tuxedo – Brewed in collaboration with family-run outerwear company Woolrich, the two like-minded companies came together to make a beer with Pacific Northwest hop varieties, making a concoction with a grassy citrus kick complemented by the resinous conifer qualities of fresh green spruce tips. 8.5% ABV / Milton, DE / RateBeer 89 / Availability: Decent

5 Stones The Call – Specially brewed for Veterans Day Celebration, this IPA is dry hopped with Cashmere, Centennial, Ekuanot, Mosaic and Simcoe hops. 6.8% ABV / New Braunfels, TX / Availability: Decent

New Belgium Voodoo Ranger Liquid Paradise – Using Mosaic, Incognito, Azacca and Cascade hops, Liquid Paradise boasts a mélange of tropical notes to create a delicately bitter and extremely aromatic IPA. 8% ABV / Fort Collins, CO / Availability: Good (Arriving Friday)

Blue Owl Dapper Devil (12oz Cans) – Sour raspberry strong ale. 8.5% ABV / Austin, TX / Availability: Decent (Arriving Friday)

Martin House Reverie – Pomegranate sour. 5.2% ABV / Fort Worth, TX

New Beers on Draft at WhichCraft Taproom

Full Draft List Available on our Website

Austin Eastciders Texas Brut Cider – Super dry cider. 5% ABV / Austin, TX

Upland Dragonfly – This IPA is a malty and hoppy brew. Note the clean malty fullness on the front of the palate with fruity citrus overtones, attributable to our special hops. Dry hopping creates a floral aroma, and our use of bittering hops lends a strong bitter taste in the back of the tongue and throat. 6.7% ABV / Bloomington, IN

Pegasus City Cannoneer – This flavorful amber is medium-bodied with a crisp and light caramel aroma. 7.4% ABV / Dallas, TX

Martin House – Peepyopee – Triple IPA with pineapple, passionfruit, and guava. 11.9% ABV / Fort Worth, TX

Saint Arnold French Press – Imperial coffee porter. 9.4% ABV / Houston, TX
