WhichCraft Tap Room has partnered with Antonelli’s Cheese Shop and Taza Chocolates to put together something for Austin’s kooky couples and swinging singles. During two sessions on Tuesday, February 14th, a limited number of guests will be treated to a host of exotic beers, to be paired with world class cheese and chocolate. There’s still time to grab tickets for WhichCraft Tap Room’s first Beer and Coffee Pairing event featuring Wicked Weed and Austin Roasting Company. Join us during two sessions on Saturday, January 28th, as we explore the characteristics of six different beers from Wicked Weed Brewing in North Carolina and compare them with that of single origin coffees from Austin Roasting Company. The beer aspect of the pairing will include five fruited sours: Montmaretto, La Bonte, Brettaberry, Marina & Medora; and one Barrel aged stout: Dark Age. The coffee side will feature four different expressions of single origin coffee drinks, inducing cold brew, iced pour over, hot pour over and espresso. Sessions will last between sixty and ninety minutes, and will begin at 1pm and 3pm. Only twenty tickets will be sold for each session so act fast! Porcupine de Amore is a collaboration between North Peak and Jolly Pumpkin and is a blend of Jolly Pumpkin’s La Roja and North Peak’s Passion Fruit IPA. We will also have the North Peak Siren and Stormy on tap, come and join us for this special rare tapping!

Wednesday, February 1st

6-9pm – We’ll have the Schilling Rhubarb Lumberjack on tap, buy a pint, keep the glass! We’ll also hand out samples of their other awesome ciders!

7:00pm – Which Craft Tap Room is hosting its Geeks Who Drink Trivia Night. Come in for this free event and put your useless knowledge to the test. Prizes and good times are included.

Odell Elephunk – Striking a perfect balance between sweet and tart, Elephunk Imperial Wild IPA showcases layers of flavor that dance on the palate in funky liquid harmony. The Bruery Terreux Frederick H. –  Frederick H. embodies some of the elements you’d expect in a Berliner Weisse-style beer, such as a tart flavor profile from lactobacillus, a hint of brettanomyces and traditionally low ABV. Real Ale Phoenixx – Deep amber in color, Phoenixx delivers subtle notes of toffee and caramel, characteristic of traditional English Crystal malt. Yet with this ale, it’s all about the hops.
