Oskar Blues Guns & Rose – Ale brewed with hibiscus and prickly pear. 6% ABV / Longmont, CO / Availability: Good

Sweetwater Exodus – This is a classic American Porter. It is defined by its chocolate malt, medium body, and smooth mouthfeel. Balanced by the Golding and Columbus hops on the finish is a hint of bitterness. 6.2% ABV / Atlanta, GA / RateBeer 85 / Availability: Good

Sweetwater 420 (Strain G13) – G13 IPA is a strange new strain, indeed. They took the dank hop profile you’d expect from a hazy IPA and married it with terpenes and natural hemp flavors. The result is a big yet balanced IPA that mimics the aroma and taste of a heady, green G13. G13 IPA is a sticky super-hybrid that’s ready to rip. 6% ABV / Atlanta, GA / RateBeer 84 / Availability: Decent

Clown Shoes Snow on the Maple Tree – Imperial stout aged in Bourbon Barrels that had premium maple syrup aged in them as well, this beer is a beautiful compliment for a winter night. 12.5% ABV / Boston, MA / RateBeer 88 / Availability: Decent (Available Friday)

New Beers on Draft at WhichCraft Taproom

Full Draft List Available on our Website

Hops & Grain Bangin’ Pale – A patio-drinkin’ pale ale brewed with dry English yeast and dry-hopped with Chinook & Mosaic. 4.5% ABV / Austin, TX

Real Ale Nitro Coffee Porter – A rich, robust porter with a dry finish. Brewed with organic hops, malted barley, and Ruta Maya Shade Grown organic coffee beans from Chiapas, Mexico. 6.6% ABV / Blanco, TX / RateBeer 89

Dogfish Head 120 Minute IPA (2017) – Too extreme to be called beer? Brewed to a colossal 45°P, boiled for a full 2 hours while being continually hopped with high alpha American hops, dry-hopped every day in the fermenter for a month, and aged for a month on whole leaf hops, 120 Minute IPA is by far the strongest IPA ever brewed. 17% ABV / Milton, DE / RateBeer 99

Left Hand Fade to Black – 2013 & 2010 Gold Medal Winner at the Great American Beer Festival in the Foreign Stout category. That time of year when the day seems to fade away. Drifting further into the darkness with each passing day. Volume 1 – Foreign Stout – Pours black with licorice, espresso bean, molasses, and black cardamom notes that give way to a feeling of self loathing, burnt opportunities and smoked relationships. 8.5% ABV / Longmont, CO / RateBeer 96

Zilker East Side Beer – A Texan take on an English classic. This ale greets you with a crisp bitterness, but then quickly brings forth it’s malt complexity. Rich and toasty malts dominate and set this beer apart from its caramel driven English counterparts. Balance is always key, as this beer has excellent quaffability and plenty of flavor to stimulate your taste buds indefinitely. 5.9% ABV / Austin, TX

Texas Keeper Cider Noir – Cider Noir is made from 100% Northern Spy apples double fermented with extra dark Belgian candi, pecans, and orange peel. Belgian candi, made from beet and date sugar, is a classic component of Dubbel and Trippel ales. Dark fruit and toasted bread notes from the candi combine with ripe pear from the Spy. A hint of pecan and orange round out this stout cider. 10.1% ABV / Austin, TX

Big Bend Alpine White – U.S. Open Beer Championship 2018 Gold medal winner. Delicate and complex Belgian-style Witbier brewed with Orange Peel and Coriander. 5.3% ABV / Alpine, TX

Brazos Valley Mama Tried – Citra SMaSH IPA. 6.6% ABV

Lagunitas Super Cluster – This out-of-this-world ale is a galactic blast from the glass, a Citra supernova in the sky, jettisoning lupulin lusciousness through the cosmos and across the universe of your palate. 8% ABV / Petaluma, CA / RateBeer 95
